Problems solved by technology

However, there are few research reports on NIRS technology in coal
[0008] According to the data, there are many difficulties in using NIRS technology to detect coal in foreign reports. In China, Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy is used to establish a coal volatile and moisture measurement model, but there is no specific method for using NIRS technology to quantitatively analyze coal moisture and volatile. Technical solutions
After a long period of extensive research, the applicant concluded that it is feasible to use near-infrared analysis technology to establish a rapid detection method for coal-related quality items. However, the following key technical problems have not been effectively resolved: (1) looking for coal NIRS Appropriate mathematical conversion form of spectral data; (2) Find a reliable functional relationship between the NIRS detection data with appropriate mathematical conversion and the detection data of conventional methods for coal quality components; (3) Further correct and verify the obtained functional relationship
There is no technical report on the establishment of a rapid detection method for coal calorific value using near-infrared analysis technology

Embodiment 1

[0067] This embodiment provides a novel rapid detection method for calorific value in a coal sample, comprising the following steps:

[0068] S1. Collect and prepare several coal samples, and measure the calorific value of each sample by conventional methods;

[0069] S2. Scanning and collecting spectral data and curves of the coal sample with a NIRS analyzer;

[0070] S3. Process the spectral data of the sample obtained in S2, generate a calorific value calibration equation through regression calculation, correct and verify the calorific value calibration equation, and establish a detection model;

[0071] S4. Fill the sample injector of the NIR instrument directly with the coal samples to be tested in turn (no weighing is required), start the scan button, and the NIR instrument will automatically record and store the sample spectrum. After judging the spectrum type of the sample, click the corresponding detection model to obtain the detection result.

Embodiment 2

[0129] Embodiment 2 application evaluation experiment

[0130] In this embodiment, the detection model established in the embodiment is used to detect the calorific value in a group of coal samples whose content of components to be measured is unknown, and then the detection value obtained by the NIR method is compared and evaluated with the detection value obtained by the conventional physical and chemical method. The comparison results of the two methods are measured by the standard deviation of prediction (SEP, Standard Error of Prediction) and the corresponding coefficient of determination (RSQp) or correlation coefficient Rp.

[0131] Randomly select some coal samples without weighing, and directly fill the sampler of the NIR instrument one by one, start the scan button, and the NIR instrument will automatically record and store the sample spectrum. After judging the type of spectrum that the sample belongs to, click on the corresponding detection model to print the detec...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel rapid detection method of calorific values in coal samples. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting and preparing a plurality of coal samples, and determining the calorific value of each sample by a conventional method respectively; S2, scanning and collecting spectral data and curves of the coal samples by using an NIRS (near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy) analyzer; S3, performing treatment on the spectral data of the samples obtained in S2, obtaining a calibration equation of the calorific value by regression calculation, correcting and verifying the calibration equation of the calorific value, and establishing a detection model; and S4, directly filling a sample injector of an NIR (near-infrared reflectance) instrument with the coal samples to be detected sequentially, starting a scanning key, automatically recording and storing spectra of the samples by the NIR instrument, determining the spectral type to which the samples belong, selecting the corresponding detection model, and obtaining detection results. The accuracy of the detection method of the calorific value in coal established in the invention is in line with the requirement on reproducibility tolerance of a current standard method, the operation is very simple, convenient and rapid, and the scanning detection, including data output, of one sample can be completed by about 50s. In the whole detection operation process, sample weighing is not required, no chemical reagents need to be added, and the novel rapid detection method has the characteristics of high speed, convenience and no pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of coal analysis and detection, in particular to a novel rapid detection method for the calorific value of coal samples. Background technique [0002] Coal resources are my country's largest energy source and the basic energy material required for industrial development. my country's coal resources are very rich, accounting for about 70% of my country's total energy. [0003] According to international coal testing standards, coal usually needs to be tested for quality items such as fixed carbon. According to my country's national regulations and trade needs, coal usually needs to be tested for indicators such as internal water, total sulfur, volatile matter, ash, calorific value, fixed carbon, and combustibles. The current standard methods are mainly: internal water includes GB / T 212, ISO 11722 , ASTMD3173, GB / T 212, ISO 1171, ASTMD 3174 for ash content, GB / T 212, [0004] ISO 562, ASTMD 3175, GB / T 214, I...
