The switch type amplifier module is used for amplifying the command signals of the mixed type power supply control module into power signals for being used as a dynamic power supply of the linear power amplifying module. The output of the linear power amplifying module is used as the drive power supply of a piezoelectric ceramic executor. The detection module is used for detecting output voltages of the switch type power amplifying module and the linear power amplifying module.
