Abstract
A method of degrading pesticide residues and heavy metals in traditional Chinese medicines is disclosed. The method includes: selecting a proper traditional Chinese medicine, dipping the medicine into a trichloroisocyanuric acid solution, putting into an ultrasonic wave bubbling cleaning tank, cleaning by utilizing a Na2S2O3 solution and a trichloroisocyanuric acid solution, performing centrifugal dewatering, reshaping, drying and packaging. According to the method, by utilization of Na2S2O3 and trichloroisocyanuric acid, the pesticide residues and the heavy metals in the traditional Chinese medicine are degraded by processes of dipping, ultrasonic wave processing, and the like, and the method is characterized by being simple and convenient in operation process, low in cost, free of high-temperature processing, and capable of protecting medicine material effects from being damaged. A method of preparing the trichloroisocyanuric acid is also provided, increases the purity of the trichloroisocyanuric acid and is simple in process and low in cost.
