The lubricating oil oil-water mixed emulsion blending oil tank comprises a stainless steel shell 10, dispersing devices 11 and 15, a stirrer 12, a movable cover plate 13, a water injection opening 14, a heater 16, an oil inlet 21, an oil discharging valve 22, an emptying valve 23, a circulating oil pump 24, a temperature controller 25, an oil pointer 26 and a pipeline, and is used for an oil-water mixed emulsion blending system needed by a lubricating oil oil-water separation performance test. The lubricating oil oil-water mixed emulsion blending oil tank is characterized in that lubricating oil is injected from the oil inlet through the dispersing devices, and needed water is injected from the water injection opening through the dispersing devices; the oil and water are gradually mixed and emulsified under the action of the heater and the stirrer; water molecules deposited at the bottom are conveyed into the dispersing devices through the circulating oil pump and then are stirred; and the oil and water which are dispersed for multiple times, heated, stirred and circulated can be sufficiently and uniformly mixed to form oil-water emulsion with a uniform temperature; and the requirements on the lubricating oil oil-water separation performance test are met.
