The chip comprises a slide glass and a chip cover, wherein capillary electrophoresis channels are formed in the slide glass, and are distributed along the radial direction of the chip; cooling liquid channels are arranged nearby the capillary electrophoresis channels; the initial end of each capillary electrophoresis channel is communicated with a sample pool and a buffer liquid pool; the tail end of each capillary electrophoresis channel is communicated with a waste liquid pool; a cathode inserting hole is formed in the initial end of each capillary electrophoresis channel; an anode inserting hole is formed in each tail end; a gravity control valve is arranged at the tail end of each capillary electrophoresis channel; and cooling liquid connectors are formed at two ends of the cooling liquid channels.
