Abstract

A high-temperature-sulfuration rubber compound is disclosed. The rubber compound comprises following raw materials by weight: 80 parts of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 20 parts of acrylate rubber, 0.5 part of an internal releasing agent, 5 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 50 parts of carbon black, 5 parts of a compatibilizer, 1.4 parts of dicumyl peroxide and 0.2 part of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane. According to the rubber compound, silicon rubber and acrylate rubber are combined so that the properties of the silicon rubber and the acrylate rubber are complementary to each other so as to obtain a high-temperature-sulfuration rubber material and a product which are resistant to high temperature and resistant to hot oil, thus meeting requirements of the automobile market, the electromechanical market, and the like which are booming at present.
