Abstract

A head mounted display control method includes: collecting situation data (S1); using the situation data to judge whether a wearer of the head mounted display is located inside a moving vehicle (S2); if the wearer is inside the vehicle, then controlling an image acquisition device in the head mounted display to collect environment images (S3); using the collected environment images to judge whether the wearer is in a driver's seat (S4); if the wearer is in the driver's seat, then disabling default services including screen display services of a near-eye display (S5).
