The display panel also comprises light barrier layers which are positioned between the array substrate and the pixel define layers; the light barrier layers stop light penetrating through the pixel define layers from irradiating to the thin film transistors. According to the display panel disclosed by the invention, the light barrier layers are arranged between the array substrate and the pixel define layers and can be used for stopping the light penetrating through the pixel define layers from irradiating to the thin film transistors in the array substrate, so that leakage current of the thin film transistors caused by light excitation can be reduced, and further the stability of the thin film transistors can be improved.
