Problems solved by technology

[0003] In some applications, multiple power charge pumps are required to work simultaneously to generate multiple output voltages. In the prior art, each power charge pump is generally equipped with flying capacitors independently. Therefore, the number of flying capacitors that need to be set More, the number of chip pins required to connect external flying capacitors is larger, which increases the cost of the chip and is not conducive to system miniaturization

Abstract

The invention provides a charge pump sharing a flying capacitor. The charge pump comprises a voltage conversion module, wherein a first switch, a capacitor and a sixth switch of the voltage conversion module are connected in sequence between an anode of a power supply and a second output end, and a cathode of the power supply is connected with a ground node; one end of a third switch is connected with the anode of the power supply, and the other end of the third switch is connected with a node between the capacitor and the sixth switch; one end of a second switch is connected with the ground node, and the other end of the second switch is connected with the node between the capacitor and the sixth switch; one end of a fourth switch is connected with a node between the first switch and the capacitor, and the other end of the fourth switch is connected with a first output end; one end of a fifth switch is connected with the node between the first switch and the capacitor, and the other end of the fifth switch is connected with the ground node; a first output module is connected between the first output end and the ground node; a second output module is connected between the second output end and the ground node; a drive module is used for controlling switch-on or switch-off of each switch. A plurality of charge pumps share the same set of flying capacitors at different time segments, so that the number of flying capacitors is reduced.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of voltage conversion, in particular to a charge pump sharing a flying capacitor (Flying Capacitor). 【Background technique】 [0002] Currently, there are two classic circuits are called charge pumps (Charge Pump). One is used in the phase-locked loop circuit, connected to the rear stage of the frequency detector and phase detector, and generates a relatively stable voltage by charging and discharging the capacitor, so as to control the frequency of the voltage-controlled oscillator; the other is through the switching capacitor , used for voltage conversion, can provide a power output circuit with a larger output current. The charge pump circuit of the present invention is a subclass of the latter, and here, for the sake of distinction, the latter is called a power charge pump. [0003] In some applications, multiple power charge pumps are required to work simultaneously to generate multiple output voltag...
