The invention relates to an acne removal composition based on natural plant raw materials and an application thereof for treating and preventing human acne and acne marks. The acne removal composition is used for compensating the defect that the existing products for treating acne are deficient in efficiency and/or comprehensive quality. Aiming at key factors of inducing the generation and development of acne and skin problems induced by the acne, the invention provides a safe and effective acne removal composition having 2-6 functions and a preparation technology therefore for comprehensively treating the acne. The two functions contain antibiosis and anti-inflammation; and the six functions contain antibiosis, anti-inflammation, balancing sebum secretion, preventing abnormal keratinization and congestion of pilosebaceous duct, repairing injured skin and removing acne marks. The product provided by the invention has strong market competitiveness on safety, function, comprehensive quality and cost performance.
