Abstract

The invention discloses a reduction device for femoral shaft fractures. The reduction device comprises a reduction sleeve, a reduction air bag set composed of a plurality of reduction air bags and a compressor. The reduction air bags are located in an inner cavity of the reduction sleeve, one side of each reduction air bag is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the reduction sleeve, and each reduction air bag is provided with an air inlet which penetrates through the reduction sleeve and is located outside the reduction sleeve. The air inlets are connected with the compressor through a pressure regulating valve set. The side, close to the human body, of each reduction air bag is pasted with a thin film resistance strain type pressure transducer. The reduction device can finish femoral shaft fracture reduction on the premise that X-ray imaging is not shielded, percutaneous fixation is achieved and secondary injury is avoided, and preparation is made for following intramedullary nail implantation. The invention further provides a reduction method of the reduction device. The method is simple and easy to implement, and reduction of the fractures can be achieved.
