The invention discloses a channel estimation method of a micro-power wireless communication system based on OFDM modulation, comprising the steps as follows: A, getting frequency domain channel estimated value of a valid pilot frequency subcarrier; B, establishing frequency domain channel estimated value of a virtual pilot frequency subcarrier and first frequency domain channel estimated value of a full spectrum band pilot frequency subcarrier; C, calculating first time domain channel impulse response estimated value corresponding to the first frequency domain channel estimated value; D, evaluating length of a time domain channel impulse response based on noise threshold dynamic evaluation algorithm of the time domain channel impulse response and filtering a channel noise to obtain second time domain channel impulse response estimated value; E, performing FFT conversion for the second time domain channel impulse response estimated value to obtain second frequency domain channel estimated value of the full spectrum band pilot frequency subcarrier.
