The automatic early-warning monitoring system comprises a crossing barrier module, an infrared detection module, a control module and a second alarm device arranged on the crossing, as well as a first vehicle sensor, a second vehicle sensor and a first alarm device which are arranged on train tracks in sequence, wherein the first vehicle sensor is used for sensing whether a train arrives at the position of the first vehicle sensor or not; the infrared detection module is used for detecting whether pedestrians are in a crossing barrier or not; the crossing barrier module is used for preventing the pedestrians from passing; the control module is used for controlling the work of the first alarm device, the second alarm device and the crossing barrier module according to sensing results of the first vehicle sensor and the second vehicle sensor. The automatic early-warning monitoring system is simple in structure and convenient to use, saves manpower, and greatly avoids the occurrence of traffic accidents.
