The device comprises a quincunx ultrasonic sensor probe, a fetal heart signal acquisition module and a signal parameter processing module. The quincunx ultrasonic sensor probe comprises a first wafer and a plurality of second wafers surrounding the first wafer; the first wafer is used for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals in fetal heart searching and detecting; the second wafers are used for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals in fetal heart searching. The fetal heart signal acquisition module is connected with the quincunx ultrasonic sensor probe and the signal parameter processing module and used for acquiring signals received by the first wafer and the second wafers. The signal parameter processing module is used for calculating, judging and comparing the acquired signals to obtain fetal heart signals. The Doppler ultrasonographic device has the advantages that due to the specific probe structure, the fetal heart signals can be detected quickly and accurately, and safety and convenience in use are achieved.
