Abstract

The application discloses a latch-up effect recovering circuit and a liquid crystal display device. The latch-up effect recovering circuit comprises a host computer module, a power supply managing module, and a liquid crystal driving module. The host computer is connected to the power supply managing module and the liquid crystal driving module, respectively. The power supply managing module is also connected to the liquid crystal driving module. The liquid crystal driving module at least comprises a liquid crystal driving chip and an LED. The liquid crystal driving chip comprises at least a gate voltage signal terminal and a TE signal terminal. A negative electrode of the LED is connected to the gate voltage signal terminal, and the positive electrode of the LED is connected to the TE signal terminal. The TE signal terminal is also connected to the host computer module. According to the scheme, a latch-up effect is automatically detected. When the latch-up effect happens, normal operation of the liquid crystal display device is automatically recovered without pulling a battery or a power supply off.
