Abstract

The invention discloses a tail intravenous injection mmLDL up-regulation mouse mesenteric artery alpha-1 receptor. In a mouse tail intravenous injection mmLDL, a mouse mesenteric artery shrinkage effect curve change caused by NA is observed through a microvascular muscle tension tractor, and alpha-1 receptor and alpha-2 receptor expressions are detected. A result shows that the NA shrinkage effect curve caused by the mmLDL is obviously enhanced and shows that an Emax value is increased from (120.75+ / -3.44)% of a normal saline group to (161.00+ / -6.87)% (P<0.01) and the pEC50 value is increased from (5.65+ / -0.05) of an NS group to (6.20+ / -0.08) (P<0.01). The alpha-1 receptor antagonist prazosin causes obvious rightward movement of the effect curve; the mmLDL causes obvious increase of the mRNA level and protein expressions of the alpha-1 receptor and basically has no influence on the alpha-2 receptor expression.
