A heat exchanger low-pressure working medium inlet and a heat exchanger low-pressure working medium outlet which are communicated with the heat exchanger outer pipe heat regenerator segment are formed in the heat exchanger outer pipe heat regenerator segment, and the heat exchanger low-pressure working medium inlet is close to the high-pressure working medium outlet end.
