Abstract

The aqueous film-forming gel foam is prepared from the following raw materials: xanthan gum, guar gum, sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid and water. The aqueous film-forming gel foam is capable of wrapping residual coal in goaf, and blocking coal and rock fractures so as to control gas emission in goaf and eliminate the phenomenon of transfinite gas in an upper corner even a ventilation roadway caused by gas emission, no toxic or harmful by-product is produced and a good application prospect is realized. The invention further provides a preparation method for the aqueous film-forming gel foam for preventing gas emission in goaf. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), preparing raw materials according to a ratio, adding xanthan gum and guar gum in water, and uniformly stirring to enable the materials to be dissolved completely, so as to obtain a thickened solution; (2), sequentially adding sodium bicarbonate and tartaric acid in the thickened solution obtained in the step (1), stirring for 10-15 min, and foaming to form the aqueous film-forming gel foam.
