Problems solved by technology

However, the connection of double-fed wind farms to the power system with fixed series compensation is likely to cause a power system stability problem, that is, subsynchronous resonance (Subsynchronous Resonance, SSR)
In September 2009, a wind farm SSR accident occurred in a wind farm in Texas, USA. The accident caused a large number of wind turbines to go off-grid and damage the crowbar circuit, causing huge economic losses.
However, the SSR suppression capability of this additional control method is limited by the capacity of GSC or RSC, so the application range is limited

Abstract

The invention provides a blocking filtering method for inhibiting subsynchronous resonance of a series compensated transmission system of a doubly-fed wind power plant. The series compensated transmission system comprises a DFIG (Doubly-Fed Induction Generator) wind power plant and the series compensated transmission system connected with the DFIG wind power plant, wherein the wind power plant comprises induction motor, a power electronic converter and a power electronic converter control system; the method comprises the steps: selecting a blocking filter, wherein the blocking filter is used for filtering an SSR (subsynchronous resonance) modal signal in a control signal of the power electronic converter control system; analyzing a subsynchronous characteristic of the series compensated transmission system of the doubly-fed wind power plant and determining the characteristic frequency and bandwidth of the blocking filter; analyzing the structure of the power electronic converter control system so as to determine a plurality of embedded points therefrom; and embedding the blocking filter after parameters setting into at least one embedding point so as to filter the SSR modal signal in the control signal of the power electronic converter control system. The method provided by the invention can be used for effectively inhibiting subsynchronous resonance problem of the series compensated transmission system of the doubly-fed wind power plant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of power system control, in particular to a blocking filter method for suppressing subsynchronous resonance of a series compensation transmission system of a doubly-fed wind farm. Background technique [0002] Wind power is a clean and non-polluting renewable energy source, suitable for large-scale development and utilization with a relatively mature technology, and has become a mainstream energy source in some countries and regions. Doubly-fed Induction Generator (DFIG) has been widely used in actual wind farms because of its advantages of variable speed and constant frequency operation, high wind energy conversion efficiency, and flexible power control. DFIG uses two back-to-back voltage source converters connected through a DC link for AC excitation. Among them, the converter connected to the DFIG rotor is called the Rotor Side Converter (Rotor Side Convertor, RSC), and the control of the RSC can realize...
