Abstract

The invention discloses a cylinder iron mixing car tilting device. A chain wheel base is arranged at one end of a rack. Strip-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the chain wheel base. The chain wheel base is fixed to inverted-L-shaped guide rails of the rack to form a sliding fit gap with the inverted-L-shaped guide rails. An adjusting bolt penetrates a screw hole in a movable batten and a screw hole in a fixed batten. A wedge key is arranged at the front end of a strip-shaped protrusion. A chain wheel shaft is connected with a planetary reducer through a lock disc. A cantilever is fixed to the front end of the planetary reducer, and the lower portion of a cantilever base is fixed to the rack. A pin shaft and an elastic sleeve are arranged at the upper end of the cantilever and the upper end of the cantilever base.
