The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and a system for configuring RABoffset parameters of EVDO (Evolution-Data Only) network. The method comprises the steps of comprehensively determining seven cells with the priority being the top seven as adjacent cells of a cell according to an EVDO carrier frequency adjacent cell parameter list, and generating an adjacent cell relation table; forming a main cell parameter set and an adjacent cell parameter set of each cell to be configured; selecting a cell to be configured, which contains the least numerical value, in one main cell parameter set at each time to act as the current cell, configuring an RABoffset parameter numerical value, which is different from that of other cells in the same station, for the current cell, and preferentially configuring an RABoffset parameter numerical value, which is different from that of an adjacent cell of the current cell and is different from that of other adjacent cells of the main cell, for the current cell; if the operation of configuring an RAB offset parameter numerical value, which is different from that of an adjacent cell of the current cell and is different from that of other adjacent cells of the main cell, cannot be implemented, selecting an RABoffset parameter numerical value, which is less in multiplexing frequency, from 0-7 to configure the current cell; updating an RABoffset parameter configuration record list, and recording the current cell and RABoffset parameter numerical value information configured for the current cell in the RABoffset parameter record list.
