Abstract
The invention relates to an anti-allergic compound polysaccharide composition which is prepared from following components, by weight: 10-90 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-90 parts of cortex albiziae and 1-50 parts of radix glycyrrhizae. A preparation method of the anti-allergic compound polysaccharide composition includes the following steps: (1) crushing the raw materials into powder; (2) material feeding: adding water or a water-alcohol mixture by 5-50 times by weight of the powder into the powder; (3) extraction: performing extraction under -0.1-70 MPa at 0-25 DEG C, and performing centrifugal separation and collecting a centrifugate; (4) separation and concentration: removing impurities from the centrifugate through a micro-filtering membrane, and performing classification purification to the polysaccharide through an ultra-filtering membrane being 100-20000 Da in flux.
