During a parameter calibration process, a position of a center of mass of a satellite and a position relation between the center of mass and a phase center are not needed; a position of a phase center is solved; and a precision requirement of multi-station weighted processing to a sub-satellite point coordinate of the satellite and an ionosphere puncture point coordinate is not high so that TGD parameter calibration precision is not influenced by a factory calibration error of the center of mass position of the satellite, changes of the center of mass of an on-orbit satellite in a mechanical coordinate system, a satellite attitude measurement error and a satellite orbit measurement error. A TGD estimation error caused by navigation-satellite inter-frequency phase center separation is reduced to 5%-15% of an original error.
