Abstract

The invention discloses a filtration efficiency calibration system for air filtration equipment. The system is used for calibrating the filtration equipment and is characterized in that an air compressor, a freezing dryer and a three-stage filter are sequentially connected, the three-stage filter is connected with a uniform mixing box and an atomization generator, the atomization generator is connected with a diffusion dryer which is connected with an electrostatic neutralizer, and the electrostatic neutralizer is connected to a solid aerosol channel of the uniform mixing box; the uniform mixing box is connected with an aerosol shunt, one channel of the aerosol shunt is connected to a channel M1 of a first three-way valve through to-be-calibrated filtration equipment, and the other channel is connected to a channel N1 of a second three-way valve; M2 and M3 of the first three-way valve are connected with an aerosol spectrometer and a high-efficiency filter respectively, N2 and N3 of the second three-way valve are connected with the aerosol spectrometer and the high-efficiency filter respectively, and the output end of the high-efficiency filter is sequentially connected with a standard flow meter and a gas pump. The calibration is performed according to readings of the flow meter and the aerosol spectrometer.
