Abstract

The invention discloses a long-distance water pipe simulator, comprising a water incoming tank, a water outgoing tank, an inner pipe and an outer pipe. The inner pipe and the outer pipe which are cylindrical are horizontally disposed. The inner pipe is nested in the outer pipe. A left cover and a right cover are disposed on two sides of the outer pipe. The upper end of the outer pipe is provided with a water inlet; a water incoming electromagnetic valve is disposed at a connection of the water inlet and a water pipe. The lower end of the water pipe is provided with a water outlet; a water outgoing electromagnetic valve is disposed at a connection of the water outlet and the water pipe. A pitot tube is disposed at the top of the outer pipe. By using normal hydraulic simulation, simulation hydraulic conditions are more practical; the inner pipe is made of nodular cast iron consistent with an actual water pipe, wall conditions of the actual water pipe are simulated, and a bio-membrane similar to the inner wall of the actual water pipe is easy to cultivate; water flow speed is controlled by adjusting a motor, the water flow speed is measured at any time through the pitot tube, a timer is set to control hydraulic retention time, and original water delivery and distribution in different water pipes is simulated; the covers on the outer pipe are removable, thus taking the bio-membranes attached to the inner walls of the inner and outer pipes is facilitated.
