According to the method, a predictive estimated value obtained by recurrence of low order state quantity is directly fused to a high order state solution value, when the measurement accuracy of low order state quantity is higher, through successive mutual calibration, the data is synthesized, the accuracy of high order state quantity synthesis value is obviously improved, and the more accurate expression or estimation of target state quantity is obtained.
