Abstract

The invention discloses an extrusion switch and a formula of a conductive elastic colloid for the same, relating to the field of an electric switch. The extrusion switch comprises an elastic capsule body, wherein a first cavity and a second cavity are arranged in the elastic capsule body and are communicated, the first cavity is filled with a conductive elastic colloid, the elastic capsule body is provided with two metal sheets, and the metal sheets are separated from each other, used for connecting a wire and exposed out of the second cavity. The formula of the conductive elastic colloid comprises the following constituents based on parts by mass: 60-70 parts of latex solution, 10-20 parts of silver-copper alloy powder, 5-10 parts of conductive carbon black and 5-10 parts of carbon nanofiber. By the extrusion switch, the conductive elastic colloid can be promoted to enter the second cavity by a user through an operation mode of extruding the elastic capsule body, the two metal sheets are connected, and the switch state is switched. The extrusion switch has the advantages of no mechanical fatigue problem, and can be operated at an arbitrary angle.
