Problems solved by technology

[0004] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an in-situ reduction device and method for the zinc cathode plate to carry electrolyte when it comes out of the tank. Through this device and method, it can be well solved that when the cathode plate comes out of the tank, a large amount of electrolyte enters the tank. The problem of waste water, especially to solve the problem of a large amount of entrained liquid stored in the pits on the surface of the zinc sheet deposited on the cathode plate, which cannot be solved by conventional technical means and the disclosed technology, further greatly improves the recovery rate of the entrained liquid on the cathode plate , and achieve high-efficiency recycling of electrolyte in situ, reduce resource loss and improve resource utilization

Embodiment 1

[0034] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 5 As shown, an in-situ reduction method for carrying electrolyte out of an electrolytic zinc cathode plate includes the following steps:

[0035] 1) The cathode plate 2 is periodically electrolyzed in the electrolytic cell 5. The metal substance contained in the electrolyte is reduced to tiny metal particles under the condition of electrification and deposited on the surface of the cathode plate 2 under the action of an electric field, one electrolysis cycle After the end, the outlet device is connected with the cathode plate 2. The outlet device clamps the cathode plate 2 and slowly lifts upward, the cathode plate 2 is lifted out of the electrolytic cell 5, and the surface of the cathode plate 2 carries a large amount of electrolyte;

[0036] 2) When the discharge device lifts the cathode plate 2 from the electrolytic cell 5 by 20-25cm, it stays for 5-6 seconds. During the stay of the cathode plate 2, the cylinder 3 located on both sides of the c...

Abstract

The invention relates to an in-situ removing device and method for electrolytes carried when a zinc negative plate is taken out of an electrolytic bath. The device comprises absorption and recycling devices and a fixing frame. The fixing frame can be moved to the portion above the electrolytic bath and is provided with a device for lifting out of bath capable of vertically moving. The negative plate can be vertically lifted out of the electrolytic bath through the bath outlet device. The absorption and recycling devices for the electrolytes on the surface of the negative plate are arranged on the two sides of the fixing frame. The method mainly includes the steps of carrying out electrolysis and lifting out of bath; absorbing and recycling the liquid on the surface of the negative plate; and returning to the original position. By means of the method, the problem that the electrolytes which contain high-concentration heavy metal and are carried by the negative plate in the zinc electrolysis flow path when the negative plate is taken out of the bath enter wastewater is solved; the electrolytes carried by the negative plate are removed in an in-situ manner and returned to the bath when the negative plate is taken out of the bath, heavy metal pollutants are prevented from entering the wastewater from the source, and the amount of generated heavy metal wastewater is greatly reduced; and meanwhile the quantity of the high-value electrolytes lost by carrying is decreased, and the effective use ratio of the whole electrolytes is greatly increased.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device and method for reducing entrained electrolyte with a cathode plate, in particular to an in-situ reduction device and method for entraining electrolyte with a zinc cathode plate out of a tank, and belongs to the field of hydrometallurgical zinc electrolysis workshops. Background technique [0002] At present, the production process of zinc electrolysis in our country mainly adopts manual operation method, and the discharge of the tank is simply completed by driving. There is a problem that the cathode plate carries a large amount of electrolyte into the washing wastewater when it is discharged from the tank. The source of serious heavy metal water pollution in zinc electrolysis workshops is the low level of clean production and backward technology, technology and equipment. During the process of discharge and transportation of the cathode plate, a part of the electrolyte carried by the electrode plate drenched onto the floor...
