The error amplifier is formed by an amplifier body, a first tail current source and an active load, wherein the amplifier body is in a differential structure; a source end is connected with the first tail current source; a load end is connected with a first differential active load and a second active load; the first and second active loads are mirror images to each other; the error amplifier further comprises an accelerating start circuit; a first part circuit of the accelerating start circuit is a mirror image circuit of the first differential active load; a second part circuit of the accelerating start circuit is connected with the first part circuit; a third part circuit of the accelerating start circuit is a mirror image circuit of the second part circuit; and the third part circuit provides a source end for the second tail current to the two differential circuits of the amplifier body. By the use of the linear voltage regulator, starting speed can be improved.
