The heat recovery device comprises a particle throwing device, a first cross-flow type movable particle bed, a second cross-flow type movable particle bed, a circulating channel, and a reverse-flow type particle movable bed on the circulating channel. The particle throwing device, the first cross-flow type movable particle bed and the second cross-flow type movable particle bed are sequentially connected. The circulating channel is communicated with the second cross-flow type movable particle bed and the particle throwing device. The particle throwing device is used for throwing heat storage particles to the first cross-flow type movable particle bed. The reverse-flow type particle movable bed is used for clearing heat storage particles. Heat storage particles sequentially pass through the first cross-flow type movable particle bed, the second cross-flow type movable particle bed and the reverse-flow type particle movable bed and return to the particle throwing device.
