Abstract

When multiple paths of photovoltaic cells or wind generators are connected to a grid through a junction box, the output voltage and current are different due to the effects of the properties of various photovoltaic cells or wind generators and the environmental factors. The reflux phenomenon is generated during collection due to the relatively great difference to cause a partial short-circuit. Aiming at the factor, the invention provides a constant-flow and constant-voltage discharge buffering and collecting system employing capacitors and charge and discharge modules. The traditional inverted grid-connected mode is changed; a lead-acid storage battery which is relatively short in service life and pollutes the environment is abandoned; clean energy is utilized to the maximal extent; and meanwhile, the defect of partial short circuits of the photovoltaic cells or the wind generators, which output relatively low voltage when anti-inverted diode is utilized is avoided.
