The vacuum separator is connected with the saccharifying tank and the membrane type tower; the membrane type tower is connected with the stirring auger and the vacuum pump; the vacuum pump is connected with the saccharifying tank; the cooking mash is introduced into the vacuum separator; the powder slurry is introduced into the membrane type tower. Compared with the prior art, leftovers-powder slurry producing gluten or starch is adopted to replace water, heat energy can be fully utilized in a stepped mode, the temperature of the powder slurry is raised while the temperature of the cooling mash is lowered, each component takes what it needs, and the clean production requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction are really met.
