Embodiment Construction

[0025] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the present invention will be further described:

[0026] Depend on figure 1 , figure 2 It can be seen that the disposable cell counting chip with scored lines is composed of an upper cover 1 and a lower cover 2 formed by injection molding of transparent materials, wherein the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are integrated to form a closed Hollow and transparent box, the upper cover head has a sample injection hole 3 reserved, and the inner bottom surface of the lower cover has a detection area molded by a mold. The detection area is divided into several independent detection areas. The resulting counting uses a standard scribe line pattern 4 that is consistent with the pattern of the counting pool specified by the International Bureau of Standards (NBS), and the detection areas are respectively connected with the capillary corresponding to the respective sampling holes.

Abstract

The invention discloses a disposable cell counting slip with reticle. The disposable cell counting slip is composed of an upper cover and a lower cover which are made of transparent materials in an injection molding mode. The upper cover and the lower cover are combined into a whole and form a closed hollow transparent box. Sample adding holes are reserved in the head of the upper cover. A detection region formed in a molding mode through a mold is arranged on the inner bottom face of the lower cover and divided into a plurality of independent detection areas. A standard counting reticle pattern which is formed in an injection molding mode and is coincident with the pattern of a counting chamber specified by the NBS is arranged in the center of each detection area. The detection areas are communicated with the corresponding sample adding holes in a capillary mode. The disposable cell counting slip is easy to use and operate, and time and labor are saved; the injuring and infecting risk generated during operation is reduced. The disposable cell counting slip can be used for a cell counting instrument and serves as an on-instrument consumable. A glass blood cell counting plate can be completely replaced, and the disposable cell counting slip is used for carrying out microscope counting on red blood cells and white blood cells in the human body in a clinical examination and is also often used for counting microorganisms such as cell culturing microorganisms, bacteria, fungi and yeasts.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to detection equipment in the field of biomedicine, in particular to a disposable cell counting sheet with scored lines for a cell counter. Background technique [0002] Cells are one of the main research objects in the field of life sciences. Cells need to be counted in the whole process of separation, culture, cryopreservation and recovery. [0003] Current manual counting methods require the use of glass "hemocytometers". The pattern refers to the pattern requirements of "National Bureau of Standards (NBS) stipulating the counting pool", that is, the pattern requirements of the blood cell counting board (improved bovine abalone counting board). It needs to be cleaned repeatedly in time after each use, and the operation is cumbersome, time-consuming and laborious; the thickness of the cover glass is 0.17mm, which is very easy to scratch the operator's hand and cause infection.
