The city track traffic crossroad short-time special road right control apparatus comprises wireless radio frequency chips; a vehicle-mounted reader-writer; a controller which comprises a signal receiver, a control module and a display module which are successively connected, wherein the signal module is a traffic signal lamp; a first signal emitter for transmitting position and speed information of the tramcar to the signal receiver of the controller; a second signal emitter for transmitting acquired phase information of the signal lamp to the signal receiver of the controller; and a third signal emitter for transmitting state information of car arresters to the signal receiver of the controller, wherein the car arresters is arranged at a crossroad, are disposed at the two sides of a ground track and are electrically connected with the controller.
