Abstract

The invention discloses a rock gangway non-explosive exploiting process and rock gangway non-explosive exploiting equipment. The process comprises the steps of slotting, rake rock expansion cracking and rock conveying. The equipment comprises a drill loader, a hydraulic expansion cracking system and a belt conveyor, wherein a drilling machine, a rock loading mechanism and a rock conveying mechanism are arranged on the drill loader; the bottom of the drill loader is provided with a walking mechanism; an impact mechanism is arranged on the drilling machine; the drilling machine is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the front end of the rock loading machine; the feeding end of the rock conveying mechanism is opposite to the tail end of the rock loading mechanism; the discharge end of the rock conveying mechanism is connected with the feeding end of the belt conveyor; the hydraulic expansion cracking system comprises a high-pressure pump station and an expansion cracking device; the output end of the high-voltage pump station is provided with a pressure regulating valve; the pressure regulating valve is connected with a plurality of expansion cracking devices through a high-pressure pipeline; and a plurality of hydraulic pistons are arranged on the expansion cracking devices. The process can realize the fast and safe exploiting of the gangway, and can reduce the explosive cost.
