The braking hydraulic system comprises a controller and a spindle rotating speed sensor for detecting a rotating speed of a spindle as well as a spindle braking hydraulic oil-way; a second electric proportional pressure reducing valve, a first reversing valve and a spindle brake are arranged in the spindle braking hydraulic oil-way; the first reversing valve is arranged in the oil-way between the second electric proportional pressure reducing valve and the spindle brake; a second pressure sensor is arranged in the oil-way between the first reversing valve and the spindle brake; the controller regulates a pressure of an outlet of the second electric proportional pressure reducing valve according to a signal of the second pressure sensor and a signal of a spindle rotating speed sensor so that a product of an output pressure of the second electric proportional pressure reducing valve and a spindle rotating speed is constant. The invention further provides the wind driven generator; constant-power braking of the spindle brake is realized; the spindle is braked stably and pressure impact is reduced; as a result, the damage of a booster engine gear in the wind driven generator unit is avoided and the service life of the booster engine gear is prolonged.
