The method includes the steps as follows: S1, embedding the detector near to the controlled seismic source so as to record seismic signals; S2, processing the seismic signals recorded by the detector so as to acquire a first-motion wave; S3, performing convolution operation for the first-motion wave and reference signals so as to calculate out ground seismic signals; S4, performing correlation operation for the ground seismic signals and mother record so as to acquire the single shot record. According to the invention, the signal to noise ratio of the single shot is high, seismic event is more continuous, the first-motion information is more clear, the seismic reflection information is more clear, and the imaging quality of subsurface structure is greatly increased.
