The apparatus comprises an air gap adjusting measurement module, an electromagnetic force measurement module, a high-speed solenoid valve driving unit module, a driving current measurement module, a high-speed signal acquisition module, a communication module and a host computer. The air gap adjusting measurement module comprises a slide unit pedestal, and an electromagnet fixation apparatus, an armature fixation apparatus and a displacement measurement apparatus which are arranged on the slide unit pedestal. The electromagnetic force measurement module comprises a tension and compression sensor and a driving rod, and an electromagnetic force generated on a detected armature is perceived by the tension and compression sensor. According to the invention, static electromagnetic force features, dynamic electromagnetic force features, inductance and resistance of a high-speed solenoid valve with a response speed at a sub-millisecond grade can be measured under the conditions that driving currents are adjustable, an air gap is adjusted and the air gap is fixed, the shape of the driving currents can be arranged to be rectangular waves or second-order waveforms according to requirements, and measurement data can be displayed timely and automatically arranged for outputting a corresponding relation curve.
