Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an LED light source module radiator and a manufacturing method of LED lighting equipment. The radiator comprises heat dissipation aluminum sheets and heat-conducting copper pipes, all of which are arranged on an aluminum substrate. The aluminum substrate is provided with transverse grooves. The heat dissipation aluminum sheets are provided with penetrating holes. The lower edges of the heat dissipation aluminum sheets are provided with gaps. The heat-conducting copper pipes are U-shaped pipes composed of upper branches and lower branches. The lower branches are suitable for being arranged in the grooves in the temperature-uniformizing substrate and transversely penetrate the gaps in the lower edges of the corresponding heat dissipation aluminum sheets. The upper branches are suitable for transversely penetrating the penetrating holes in the corresponding heat dissipation aluminum sheets. The manufacturing method of the radiator includes the steps of conducting electroless nickel-plating process on the heat dissipation aluminum sheets, the heat-conducting copper pipes and the temperature-uniformizing substrate and conducting reflow welding on the overall structure of the assembled radiator. The bonding performance of copper and aluminum is improved through electroless nickel layers formed on the surfaces of materials, and the copper and the aluminum are bonded firmly through brazing filler metal and are resistant to high temperature, high salinity, moisture and high-corrosion environments.
