Abstract

The invention relates to a water cultivation method of anoectochilus roxburghii. The method includes the steps of firstly, evenly mixing a concentrated anoectochilus roxburghii water-cultivation nutrient solution with porous ceramic particles and carrying out drying; secondly, preparing high-intensity agarose gel with the mass-volume ratio being 2%, placing the dried porous ceramic particles into the melted agarose gel, and fishing out the ceramic particles fast; thirdly, wrapping the fished-out porous ceramic particles with fine cloth so as to fix the agarose gel filled into the pores of the ceramic particles, and placing the wrapped porous ceramic particles into a cultivation tank containing an anoectochilus roxburghii water-cultivation nutrient solution with one-time concentration; and fourthly, cleaning and sterilizing anoectochilus roxburghii seedlings, transplanting the seedlings into cultivation discs, cultivating the seedlings in the cultivation tank in a water cultivation manner, and timely performing cultivation management. The water cultivation method has the advantages that the production cycle of the anoectochilus roxburghii can be shortened, the yield can be increased, the nutrient solution needs not to be replaced frequently, the method is simple in process, and the popularization of the water cultivation technology of the anoectochilus roxburghii is especially benefited.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plant hydroponic cultivation method, in particular to a clematis hydroponic cultivation method. Background technique [0002] The traditional artificial cultivation of clematis is planted with soil or sand as the cultivation substrate. The harvest of fresh clematis per square meter is less than 0.5kg, and the cultivation cost is high, and the leaves are easy to yellow and the roots are easy to rot. The plant transplanting survival rate of the seedlings is lower than 90%. [0003] Aiming at the defects of the above-mentioned prior art, existing people have developed the technology of hydroponic cultivation of Clematis aureus, such as Chinese patents CN201010172221.9, CN201010613909.6, etc., which are all configured by specific nutrient solution and regularly replaced (every 10-15 day) way of cultivation. There are two main defects in the above-mentioned hydroponic method: one, the nutrient concentration of the hydroponic nut...
