The sterilization composition comprises effective components including the efficient metalaxyl-M and the flumorph, which are compounded in a binary manner, wherein the mass ratio of the efficient metalaxyl-M to the flumorph is (1 to 50): (50 to 1); the mass percent of the effective components including the efficient metalaxyl-M and the flumorph in a preparation is 1 percent to 80 percent, and the balance is auxiliary components allowable and acceptable in pesticides. The sterilization composition provided by the invention has dosage forms including missible oil, a suspending agent, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water, micro-emulsion, granules and microcapsules. The sterilization composition can be used for effectively preventing and treating plant gray mold, peronospora and epidemic mildew bacteria.
