The three-way apparatus is configured in such a way that the cleaning port and the discharge port are controllably conducted or disconnected, so that a cleaning flow passage is formed when the cleaning port and the discharge port are conducted, a cleaning fluid is discharged out of the washing machine after the filtering members are cleaned by the cleaning fluid; and the concentrated discharge port and the discharge port are controllably conducted or disconnected, so that a concentrated discharge flow passage is formed when the concentrate discharge port and the discharge port are conducted, and the washing water from the washing cylinder of the washing machine is discharged out of the washing machine.
