The washing machine comprises a filtering membrane assembly configured to filter water discharged out of a washing barrel of the washing machine, a water pump arranged on a water production pipeline of the filtering membrane assembly, and an air flow supplying apparatus configured to supply air flows to air-wash the filtering membrane assembly during filtration and water production of the filtering membrane assembly, wherein the water pump is configured to pump production water of the filtering membrane assembly to the water production pipeline, so the production water can be re-used for the washing barrel of the washing machine. Filtration water of the filtering membrane assembly can be specially cleaned, so service life of the filtering membrane assembly of the washing machine can be further prolonged and high production water flow can be guaranteed.
