Abstract

The invention provides a white light coaxial interference phase shift microscope system, which comprises a microscope device and a phase imaging device, wherein the phase imaging device comprises a light source, a first lens, a transmission-type pure amplitude spatial light modulator, a second lens, a third lens, a reflection-type pure phase spatial light modulator, a fourth lens and a camera, wherein the transmission-type pure amplitude spatial light modulator is loaded with a pattern matched with the frequency spectrum of an image for reducing light intensity of low frequency information to enable the light intensity of the low frequency information to be equal with that of high frequency information; the incidence angle of the reflection-type pure phase spatial light modulator is smaller than 10 DEG; and the reflection-type pure phase spatial light modulator is loaded with multiple patterns with different phase shift amounts to modulate the low frequency information.
