Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: under a certain coal slime water concentration condition, adding a CaCl2 aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 2% to serve as a coagulant aid, further adding the composite strain coal microbial flocculant, regulating the pH and other conditions of coal slime water, so as to improve the filtering quality of coal slime water flocs through the composite action of the coal microbial flocculant, wherein the composite strain coal microbial flocculant comprises two original culture solutions, namely bacillus subtilis liquid and white-rot fungus liquid, the volume ratio of the bacillus subtilis liquid to the white-rot fungus liquid is 1:X, and the composite strain coal microbial flocculant can obtained after 2-4 day's enrichment culture at the constant temperature of 30 DEG C and the rotating speed of 160 rpm.
