Embodiment Construction

[0025] The soft tissue fixation device containing absorbable staples of the present invention will be further described in conjunction with specific examples to help those skilled in the art have a more complete, accurate and in-depth understanding of the inventive concepts and technical solutions of the present invention.

[0026]In a specific embodiment, as an example, the absorbable nail is made of a degradable material; ) ester] and 70 to 90 wt% polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer; the polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer is synthesized by PDLA and PGA, wherein the molar ratio of PDLA and PGA is 40:60. Preferably, the degradable material further contains 1-5 wt% sodium salt of N-hydroxysuccinimidesulfonic acid. As an improvement, the degradable material may also include 0.1 to 10 wt% of the following degradable polymers; the degradable polymers are selected from poly(L-lactide), poly(D,L-lactide) ester), poly(L-lactide-co-D,L-lactide), poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide...

Abstract

The invention relates to an absorbable screw and a soft tissue fixing device containing the same and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. The absorbable screw comprises, by weight, 10-20% of poly(butylene-co-epsilon-caprolactone carbonate), 70-90% of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) copolymer and 1-5% of N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide sodium salt, wherein the poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) copolymer is synthesized by PDLA [poly(d-lactic acid)] and PGA (polyglycolic acid), and a molar ratio of the PDLA to the PGA is 40-60 to 60-40. The absorbable screw is good in degradation stability, little irritating to tissues, good in compatibility and beneficial to hernia healing. The soft tissue fixing device containing the absorbable screw comprises a detachable catheter which is coated with a compatible lubricating coating, thereby being applicable to laparoscopic hernia repair operations. The soft tissue fixing device containing the absorbable screw has the advantages of adhesion prevention and convenience and reliability in operation; the catheter is a detachable replacement part, and accordingly a doctor can reuse the soft tissue fixing device only by replacing the catheter.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, and more specifically, the invention relates to an absorbable nail and a soft tissue fixation device containing the absorbable nail. Background technique [0002] Incisional hernia (incisional hernia) refers to the hernia in which the internal organs or tissues of the abdominal cavity protrude from the abdominal incision, and is a common complication of laparotomy. The incisions of dehiscence, infection, and secondary healing rarely occurred after a long time after the operation without a history of incision dehiscence. Its incidence rate can reach about 2-11%, and the incidence rate of incisional hernia after wound infection can be as high as about 40%. Abdominal wall incisional hernia is mainly treated with surgery. The current methods of repairing incisional hernia include open repair with or without artificial mesh and laparoscopic incisional hernia repair. The recurrence rate of in...
