Abstract

The treatment process is characterized by including the process steps that (1) a molasses alcohol waste liquid high-speed low-temperature slow-scaling evaporation plant is adopted for conducting concentration on the molasses alcohol waste liquid; (2) a special molasses alcohol waste liquid circulating bed incinerator is used for conducting incineration on concentrated alcohol waste liquid after oil shale is mixed into the special molasses alcohol waste liquid circulating bed incinerator; and (3) steam generated by incineration is fed into a back pressure type turbonator for generating power, wherein the generated power is used for the special molasses alcohol waste liquid circulating bed incinerator, waste liquid evaporation and concentration, solid-liquid separation and working procedures from alcohol smashing to alcohol distilling; waste gas exhausted by the back pressure type turbonator is used for alcohol digesting and distilling; and ash contents generated after incineration serve as potash fertilizers. According to the process, the energy treatment manner is adopted, and economic benefits are increased.
