The invention discloses a dressing for a chronic wound. The dressing consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of sodium tetraborate, 1-5% of bioactive glass, 5-10% of hyaluronic acid, 1-5% of propylene glycol, 5-10% of glycerin and 65-87% of purified water. The dressing disclosed by the invention is used by the following steps: simply cleaning the wound with normal saline; and smearing the wound with about 0.5mm-thick dressing. The dressing is applied to chronic hard-healing wounds and is convenient to use by a patient and cheap and easy to prepare. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the dressing.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to a dressing for chronic difficult-to-heal wounds. Background technique [0002] The Wound Healing Society defines a chronic wound as a wound that fails to achieve anatomically and functionally complete state through the normal orderly and timely repair process. Clinically, it refers to wounds formed by various reasons that have not healed after receiving treatment for more than 1 month, and have no tendency to heal. The limitation of "1 month" is not completely absolute, it is due to the size of the wound, the cause of the disease, and the individual There are many factors such as general health status, so it cannot be divided by simple time limit. Chronic wounds are generally divided into five common types: venous ulcers, arterial ulcers, diabetic ulcers, traumatic ulcers, and pressure ulcers. Others include wounds caused by tumors and connective tissue diseases, such as leprosy. [...
