The preparation method of the high-performance non-sintered sliding plate joint material comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the silane coupling agent in solvent water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, adding to a high-speed dispersing machine together with the nano oxide powder, sufficiently stirring, filtering and standing in a sealing manner for later use; and (2) adding the corundum and the aggregate to the high-speed dispersing machine, stirring for mixing, adding the nano oxide powder treated in the step (1) and flake graphite to the high-speed dispersing machine, stirring for mixing and discharging.
