Abstract

The invention provides a ceramic capacitor including an external polar plate, an internal polar plate, an upper leading wire, and a lower leading wire. The external polar plate and the internal polar plate are made from metallic conductor materials. The ceramic capacitor is characterized in that the external polar plate and the internal polar plate have cylinder shapes, and the external polar plate and the internal polar plate are opened at one ends and are arranged coaxially. The space between the internal polar plate and the external polar plate is filled with a ceramic dielectric. An opening of the external polar plate is provided with an insulating end cover which seals the ceramic dielectric and the internal polar plate. An insulating layer covers the periphery of the external polar plate and the insulating end cover. The ceramic capacitor enables the internal polar plate and the external polar plate to form a large corresponding area by arranging cylinder shaped internal polar plate and external polar plate, and facilitates increase of capacitance value. The ceramic dielectric takes BaTiO3, CeC13, SrTiO3, and CaCO3 as dielectric materials. The capacitor capacity is effectively improved, and the capacitor volume can be reduced. The usage is convenient, the withstand voltage and the dielectric constant can be effectively improved, and the dielectric loss is reduced.
